The Law Office of Dustin N. Stacy, conveniently located in downtown Boone, North Carolina, provides legal advice and representation for a wide variety of real estate matters including commercial and residential closings, land title searches, easements, rights of way, development issues, restrictions, and other real estate documents. Ninety-five percent of the practice is devoted to real estate law. Our office serves most all counties located in Northwestern North Carolina. Dustin N. Stacy received his NC Bar certification as a specialist in Real Property Law in the fall of 2010. Since 2001, our law office has averaged handling around 600–800 real estate closings per year. We take pride knowing that the majority of our clients come from referrals from current and former clients.
